Ryan Bergeron- The quirky 15 year old (ngiyakutsandza bhuti!). He was really funny, and when he and Josiah were wrestling, he'd like to fall on me... alot.
Josiah Borg- 1/2 of the leaders. Though he is only 18, we looked up to him because of his unfailing love for God and for the people of Swaziland. P.S. He liked his machete
way too much!
Bheki Matsenjwa- our translator. He is a funny guy and Josiah's best friend. He is a pasor on a mountain and cannot sit still; he
has to be spreading the name of Jesu Christo! He just bought his girlfriend an enagement ring! Oh buddy!
Now on to the girls:
Katy Howry- The other half of the leaders. She rocks my face off!! (Your mom has a face... ??) She is the funniest/silliest woman I know. She says stuff like "Give me a lot. I'm eating for two! ... not that I'm pregnant, I just want to eat that much." Haha. She cracks me up! She lives in Swaziland, but will go anywhere the Lord tells her to.
Isa'beau Waia'u- The Hawaiian. She is amazing. And so is her voice. We probably abused her voice, but she always sang and was positive about it! I admired her thoughout the trip because she is always so humble before the Lord. <3!
Jenn Summerfield- (Sorry about the picture buddy, but you know how well pictures of you turn out

!) Jenn and I grew pretty close throughout the month. I love that girl with all of my heart. We did bash heads a bunch, but that only made our friendship all the better. Hopefully we are going back to Swazi together in December. Can't wait!!
Becca Wilson- There were 3 Rebeccas so we went by last names. Wilson is awesome. She was always the positive one. The one to encourage everyone. I know we all looked up to her and desired her personality! She was a major help to me on that first walk back from the hospital. I <3 you!
Laura Pope- Canadian #2 (Jenn was the first one). Her heart for the African continent is enormous! When this little boy Mjega (

) had to go to the hospital to get stitches after falling off of the teeter-totter, Laura spent that whole time holding him and loving him and comforting him. We all saw her heart and her love for him. And it was good.
Rebecca Elrod- My meaningful conversation buddy. She and I grew pretty close the last week we were together. She was having a tough couple of days and I was there with her through most of it and we talked and talked about pretty much everything. Also at the motel and airport in Atlanta! I miss her kakhulu kakhulu!!
Natasha Vermeulen- Tash loves ugly. She and I walked to the hospital almost everyday the last two weeks to visit our sisi Sbongile. We grew really close on those walks. She tought me things that God wanted me to know. She was my comfort when I was discouraged. Without her I would have probably left Africa feeling like I didn't even belong there. R.I.P. Sbongile.
Kittie Peterson- I miss her kakhulu! She was maybe my closet friend on the trip. We slept together. Sat together. Got up in the middle of the night to be with each other as we threw-up. I

her! But she and Seth are coming to SoDak in a couple of weeks on their way to UND. *cheers* Snuggle Buddy #1!
Rebecca Minatra- and her gentle spirit. I love her honest and humble heart! But she wasn't honest with up all the time. *cough cough* sheka *cough*. Hehe. I love Minatra! She is the best! Snuggle Buddy #2!
Joanna Litza- AKA "the sick girl" AKA "the girl who knows Oprah and trained Shadowfax" psht. I love her. She has an awesome opera voice, but it was hidden behind strep throat most of the trip. But when her throat cleared up, I jumped for joy at the sound of her music! Yay!
Autumn Clark- I thought that she and I would grow closer than we did, but we sortof drifted apart after training camp because we became friends with other people. I love her though. I might have talked to her close to the most since we've been home. I miss her a bunchie-bunchie though!
Training Camp:

Our Team's Hut The Cross We Carried
Swazi Baby!!!
Yule- one of the most amazing guys in the world. We ran into him randomly, like, all the time! This man is only 35ish years old, wouldn't think it, would you? That's what AIDS does to you, kids.
Mamba House- We stayed in the Mambas' garage. Hmm... I might have a picture somewhere.
Ahah! Here is the garage door part to our "house." We entered through a real door. Not that green part. I miss it!!!
The Kumbi (Koombie)- This is the vehicle re rode in. We packed about 20 people in this thing. Amazing! P.S. We were only aloud to fit 8 people in there. We were being illegal! oh no!
Hungry?- The boys beheaded 4 chickens right outside our door. Bheki cooked them... and mmm mmm good!
Nondumiso- Pratically the cutest baby in the world. She got to live with us for a few nights during man week. I wanted to take her home with me... but alas... she already has two loving parents. Claud & Mary. <3!!
Thula & Simo- Our neighbors. They are pastor Mamba's neice and nephew. We hung out with them almost every day. Thula is an awesome girl. She taught us these fun and games. if you want to learn. Talk to me. :)
Mjeka- This picture was taken just a little bit before he fell of the teeter-totter. Eish!! He had a deep cut on the bridge of his noes. Laura was the nurse and held him and calmed him down and went to the hospital with him. Our team rushed on over to the hospital and sat with him until his mother came. ouch!
Wetu (spelling?)- My little buddy from the township. I <3 him! I held this boy for maybe 3 hours. So cute!!! P.S. This is who I'm holding in my profile picture.
Thelemsile- AKA Sarah. She did my hair 3 times in cornrolls while I was in Swazi. We got to know each other really well. She taught me a bunch of stuff about the country and the king and what-not. I miss her sooo much!
Welile- Our translator for about a week. She was awesome! Really westernized too. We had many a conversation, mostly about her boyfriend Mpa (Jenn and I pronouce it "Mmmmmmpa
).
These are two little girls that I saw at the imformal school all the time. Kittie and I played with them. I asked them their names about a million times... but they are so quiet. Actually that's not true. They are very loud unless you're trying to have a conversation with them. haha!
And since everybody asks, yes I did see african animals:
